# Latest docker image

It seems that the latest docker image is for 22.07.25a. I just wanted to confirm that. Are the Virtual box images more up-to-date?

Hi @Kenneth_Chiu, apologies for the slow reply. Our team has been a little spread thin of late, so Quantum Mobile has been on the back burner. I’ve been meaning to take over the QM maintenance for months now, but it’s always being pushed back for other tasks.

So I think indeed, that Docker is the latest one. It seems the Virtual Box version is more recent, but I wouldn’t be able to tell you what the differences are, since the [change log](https://github.com/marvel-nccr/quantum-mobile/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md) is even more outdated.

I’d be curious why you want to use the Quantum Mobile, over e.g. just installing AiiDA in an environment. Now that we have `verdi presto` getting started doesn’t require any services. With the installation of AiiDA being simplified, we have been wondering if we want to invest a lot of resources in Quantum Mobile, Docker etc.
